I found Mr James White to be very knowledgeable. He was well mannered, polite and most importantly he listened. I had shoulder injury for over 3 years, had several physio sessions. The pain would just not go. Then I saw Mr White some 4 months ago, I explained what my physio sessions included. Carried on with other physio exercises and had a couple of steroid injections.
