I have had a really professional experience getting a new hip. Good result and also being informed as to what was either happening or going to happen. As a former engineer and soldier I always like to inform people and to be kept informed . This has happened at all times. I now do not suffer any pain in my hip and have not done so since a week after the op. although it was sore for a few days . A good over all result and no more pain killing pills. It is now six weeks and I am able to do all the things that I did previously before the hip problem occurred. So a big thanks to Mr J. White and all at the Fitzwilliam. Tom F

My consultation with Mr White at Fitzwilliam was excellent. He was knowledgeable, reassuring, and very easy to talk to. He clearly explained the results of my recent scans, what they showed, and what would be needed to rectify the issue. I left with a clear understanding of the expected outcome and a full appreciation of what to expect going forward.

Robotic Knee Replacement Peterborough: Why I Use CORI | Mr Jonathan White

"Is a robot going to perform my surgery?"This is the most common question I get asked in my clinic. The short answer is: No.A robot does not replace the surgeon; it enhances them. You are still driving, but the technology ensures you stay perfectly positioned, making the journey safer and smoother. In the world of knee replacement, "Robotics" is the new gold standard. Day Case Hip Replacement in Peterborough: Am I Eligible?

Imagine this scenario: You undergo major hip replacement surgery at 8:30 AM, and by 6:00 PM, you are sitting in your own armchair, drinking tea from your favourite mug, ready to sleep in your own bed.For many years, a hip replacement meant a 3 to 5-day hospital stay. Today, thanks to advances in anaesthetics and minimally invasive surgical techniques, that has changed. As a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Peterborough, I am a strong advocate for Day Case Arthroplasty.
