Are you Kamaldip Bening?
Miss Kam Bening founded Blossom Osteopathy in 2017 and has been an Osteopath for over 6 years, experienced in treating a variety of different patients (including babies, pregnant women and the elderly) using a classical approach and exploring all modalities of Osteopathic medicine, particularly in Cranial Osteopathy and Women's Health, which is a keen specialism of hers.
Miss Bening has worked in a variety of different practices, from Osteopathic, Chiropractic and multidisciplinary clinics to yoga studios, alongside many different professions that adopt a similar belief of holistic therapy. She has developed her classical techniques which she incorporates into her osteopathic treatment in a functional way.
Some of the techniques that may be used are soft tissue/myofascial release, muscle energy technique (MET), articulatory, high-velocity thrust (manipulation), cranial, visceral, and lymphatic drainage techniques. Directly and indirectly working with all systems of the body, by treating the body and not just the symptom. This approach enables her to get to the root cause of the problem to allow long term changes and management.
Miss Bening trained at the College of Osteopaths, Staffordshire University, where she obtained her Bachelors in Osteopathy (BOst). She also has a keen interest in practising Mindfulness and Meditation and has completed further studies in this to incorporate Mindfulness, Meditation and Breathwork into her practice. She understands the importance and the role of the nervous system in the body, therefore she will look at all aspects of the patient's lifestyle in order to encourage the natural healing process of the body.
