Bodyclinic is very clean and friendly. Everyone greats you and I always feel welcome and comfortable. I’ve been using bodyclinic for about 3 years now.

Admin staff are friendly, but do not explain their procedures clearly for first time users: had to ask for clarifications. Dr Care is very nice and has deep expertise, but seemed to rather under-estimate how much I already know about my health problems and therefore did not listen as well as I would have liked about my specific questions. The cost of appointments and tests seems on the high end of range.

Kate is a warm, kind, compassionate and intelligent coach. She knows how to ask the right questions to get to the core of the matter, so that I can take steps from there. With Kate I feel safe to be who I am at this moment, and to feel and express my feelings. 
Kate keeps up with the current science, which greatly helps my sense of safety. She is knowledgeable, and at the same time knows her scope of practice clearly. She hasn't been afraid of referring me with specific questions.
Since doing the Lightning Process with Kate, I have managed to take huge steps in my recovery from ME/CFS. I have more energy, and am able to be much more active than I have been before. I am more calm and relaxed in my daily life, I am kinder to myself, and I can look at the future again with a sense of excitement and hope, instead of despair. On a regular basis, people around me tell me that I look more relaxed, more present, more embodied and healthy. 
I am still working joyfully on my recovery, and I am very thankful I have Kate's ongoing support with that. Thank you, Kate!

Massage therapy

Tiffany is fantastic! She’s done all of my lymphatic drainage massages since I started having them and she is extremely kind and gentle. She is very professional and always asks me how I felt after my last treatment, how I’ve been and if there’s anything new I may need to inform her of. She’s on time, knowledgeable and makes me feel extremely comfortable. The space is always clean and she always offers me water. I would definitely recommend Tiffany. She’s a lovely person. 
In addition, on arrival the centre itself is very clean and there’s a very calm and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend using Bodytonic.
