I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon.

I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.

I was listened to.   Following the discussion I heard all the previous discussion with doctors about the pain in my joints and how easily this could have been resolved if they had listened too.   I am feeling very positive that by Christmas I will have found me again and will be planning a 10k run for 2025.   Hormones were explained, the medication explained and this provided me with great confidence that now on correct track

I found Dr Simon extremely reassuring at a time when I was very worried about my health. Dr Simon took the time to explain things clearly after listening to all of my concerns. I found Dr Simon very easy to talk to, and I never once felt rushed. A clear treatment plan was discussed and implemented very quickly, i even managed to see the consultant on the same day with his help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Simon and indeed use his services again if required in the future.

Dr Arif is head and shoulders above any GP I have ever seen.  In her specialised field of women’s health she is, I think, the most knowledgeable and expert practitioner in the country.
She is also kind and compassionate- it is great to finally ‘be heard’
