Dr Bailey was friendly and professional. She spent time examining the problem and as well as prescribing medicine to tackle the immediate issue, gave good advice on future treatments and the way forward.

My mother had just come out of hospital after a heart procedure but had had some minor strokes that have affected her speech and memory. We came to see Dr Bailey about new concerns . Dr Bailey was gentle and patient with my elderly mother. She listened carefully and identified the problem. She did not hurry us through the diagnosis and was extremely helpful in expediting the solution with the resident urologist. She has a very natural and empathetic manner.

I went to see Dr Bailey, as I wanted to have a more in-depth consultation with a GP. A face to face service is available as is a Zoom type of consultation. Overall I am very happy with the service I would would use this service again.
