Was kind ,caring and empathetic at all stages.Never felt I was being judged at any point.Took time to explain things fully and carefully.Was there for me at all the key stages before,during and after and at no point was I delegated off to anyone more junior.I felt genuinely cared for and that I mattered.Was looked after as an individual and felt safe and cared for at every stage.I would have no hesitation in recommending.
