I had to chase Mr. Ballaro for weeks to try and get the results and the answers to my visit, even though I clearly explained that I had an extreme urgency in getting the results.

HoLEP procedure for BPH. Mr Ballaro explained the solution to my condition clearly and inspired confidence as he has clearly done this procedure many times and had do doubts as to its efficacy. He was also responsive to some further pre-op queries post-consultation. That he followed up both post-op and on the following day was most reassuring and confidence-inspiring. I'm guessing he has the procedure down to a T as recovery was extremely quick. The post-op catheter was removed early next morning and almost immediately I began to pass urine easily: a tremendous relief and 100% improvement on my pre-op condition. I could not have wished for anything more and felt in very safe hands.
