I have just be discharged from the care of Mr Yanni, who treated me for carpal tunnel syndrome after giving birth to my son. In my experience Mr Yanni was incredibly professional, thorough and meticulous in every aspect of my diagnosis and treatment. He made me feel comfortable throughout my care despite my anxiety about having surgery. He has a lovely bedside manner and always remembered me and my family by name. Both hands are recovering very well and so I would highly recommend going to see him.

Mr Yanni was superb. He was very professional, very attentive, and helpful in every possible way. He offered his contact number for use at any time of the day or night. The operation he performed healed well. When I was later taken into the Intensive Care Unit at William Harvey Hospital (not connected to his treatment) he visited, telephoned and stayed in touch. When I was transferred to Kent and Canterbury Hospital he made arrangements for the stitches from the operation he had performed to be removed there. He was supportive, incredibly efficient and caring. I can not imagine any level of care higher than that which I received from him. I am very grateful to him.

The first time I met Mr Yanni he was very welcoming and explained so much information to what could be done with my shoulder , he put me at ease about the surgery and on the day he made me feel very calm and explained what he was going to do and then came to see how I was after surgery and was very pleased with how it all went. I have just seen Mr Yanni this week and he explained all my surgery went like clock work and reassured me that I will feel a lot better as the days weeks and months go on. Overall Mr Yanni is a very lovely consultant very caring and knows his job inside out and I thank him so much for such a great service.

What a delight to have spent time under the care of Mr D Yanni at KMMS hospital.I was concerned about the two operations that were due I needn’t have worried Mr Yanni immediately put my fears to rest with his inspiring bedside manner explaining not only what needed to be carried out during the operation but also how it would affect me during the recovery period. After our first meeting, six weeks passed between visits to KMMS WAS MY Lyet Mr Yanni not only recognised me in passing in the corridor but also remembered my name even though I wasn’t due to see him that day. When did you last hear of that at a hospital. I’m just left to say a big Thank you.

The care from Mr Yanni was exceptional, the carpal tunnel decompression was a great success and i would highly recommend Mr Yanni without any hesitation. I can't explain how pleased i am with the whole process.
