I'd give Mr Shukla 6 stars if I could! He's, kind, friendly, calm and makes you feel at ease at all times. I know that with his expertise and his caring nature as a surgeon, I am in safe hands

I was shown my X-ray and then had them explained along with the procedures to be undertaken. I also had a physical assessment making me feel at ease
