Mr Jehangir Mahaluxmivala is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in knee and hip surgery.
Mahaluxmivala completed his specialist Orthopaedic training in London at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore. He spent his final years specialising exclusively in the hip, knee and lower limb procedures. Mahaluxmivala has also done some visiting fellowships, including time in the knee and hip replacement centres in North America.

I have had both total hip replacements and one total knee replacement over the past 7 years under Mr Mahaluxmivala. Each operation has been a success and the recovery has been entirely satisfactory and within the forecast time frame.

My experience today with Mr. Jehangir Mahaluxmivala was the best service I have ever received. He explained everything in a professional, manner. I was throughly examined and he summarised the findings of my x ray in a clear manner and answered my questions so I fully understood my condition and his suggestions which were very reassuring and helpful. I never felt rushed during my consultation. Before I was called in I observed what a lovely manner this man had with all patients. I am anxious about my future recommended procedures, but absolutely delighted to be under the care of Mr. Mahaluxmivala and knowing he is dealing with me, shall, I know, reduce my anxiety and concerns greatly. I count myself very lucky to have him as my Consultant. Thank goodness for people like him. A truly, skilled professional gentleman.

We were advised to not have surgery by Mr Mahaluxmivala which has been vindicated from the good results obtained by having a steroid injection here plus additional private physio therapy
