Mr Flynn is very approachable and knowledgeable. I have found appointments with him to feel extremely rushed though and not often a lot of time to ask questions, if questions are asked they are not always answered. I was also given conflicting information from Mr Flynn and the physio department at the saxon clinic regarding my post operative recovery.

I had a replacement left knee 6 weeks ago. Mr Flynn explained everything his friendly manner put me at ease and I thought he was brilliant. This operation has changed my everyday life as I no longer have to suffer the pain in my knee and can walk unaided which is a first in over 2 years.

Mr Flynn explained the TKR procedure in a clear and concise manner. He was kind and sympathetic and actively listened when I explained the history of my knee problems. He saw me before the operation and was extremely encouraging and reassuring, and visited me afterwards to explain what had been done and what had been found. (PVNS). At the follow up appointment he, once again, explained what was going on within the knee and reassured me that all was well. The whole experience was a lot better than I was expecting. This was mainly due to the attitude of Mr Flynn in reassuring and explaining what was happening. Thank you Mr Flynn.

Highly professional experience

Although I have outside contact albeit infrequently with Mr Flynn, I have nothing but praise for Mr Flynn's approach in all aspects of this engagement, and i believe this is not just because we are acquainted. He put me fully at ease in each stage of the procedure.

The whole experience from beginning to end has been excellent! Mr Flynn makes you feel relaxed and you become confident in him and the whole process. His calm, cheerful aura make you feel relaxed.

He did my first hip replacement a year ago, and has just done the other side. Absolutely delighted with the two outcomes and cannot rate him too highly. A very satisfied customer!
