Had a lovely morning with Dr. Jumani he was very kind, explain the procedure clearly and my procedure is well executed I'm very please with the result.

Explained condition clearly and provided good explanation of next steps

Dr Kiran asked relevant questions, clarified what was happening, explains what happens with your hearing as you get older. Acknowledged my concerns and will arrange further tests to ensure that nothing adverse is happening in the inner ear. This is needed to allay any worries an improve quality of life knowing either way what could be happening in my inner ear.
