I have been having treatment at Optimal Spine & Sport Dimensions for several weeks for an injured lower back.  Firas has been my specialist throughout my treatment, and I have felt and seen a significant improvement since seeing him. Faris is exceptionally knowledgeable about his field of work and professional and detailed in his treatments.  Since being treated by Faris, I have gained much more mobility, and he has significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing.  I highly recommend him for spinal and mobility issues as his work is fantastic, his results are impressive, and his approach is tailored to your specific needs.

Really great experience with Dr. Bav today at his Marylebone clinic. I was seen for a chronic cervical spine issue and i felt all my concerns were listened to during the appointment, he was great at explaining what was happening during the examination and treatment and i left feeling better straight away and Looking forward to the follow ups to continue with the improvements.
