Excellent all round care

We have had a great experience with Dr Jonas. From the first appointment to the day of surgery for our 6 year old girl we have been happy and our expectations have been exceeded by the explanation we were given to the level of communication and understanding to our needs.

Friendly and welcoming. Spoke directly to my 12 year old daughter and asked her questions. Listened to what we both had to say and showed interest in the photos/videos I showed him regarding my daughter’s problem. Explanations of surgery, risks and benefits given were clear and easy to understand for both of us.

Mr Jonas is very compassionate, friendly and professional and vastly knowledgeable in his field. He not only puts my husband and I at ease, he was also interacted excellently with my 3 month baby and made him feel comfortable during the examinations.

Mr Jonas explained everything thoroughly. No questions were left unanswered and his manner with our young son was wonderful.

Brilliant. Mr Jonas has a lovely way about him that makes you feel at ease. He is calm and reassuring, and clearly an expert in his field. Slowly explained the procedure, explained it well and answered all the questions I had.
