My son Joshua was very nervous and this would be his first experience of hospitals and surgery. Nigel immediately put him at ease, he was friendly, engaging and spoke directly to Joshua explaining what was happening. A great experience which left Joshua feeling at ease with what was happening. He now has no concerns about the up and coming surgery.
