Dr Niteen Tapuria conducted my gall bladder removal in October 2019. He supported me throughout the experience taking the time to make sure I was comfortable with the procedure, which others had said could not be done. He put my nerves to rest and visited me numerous times to see how I was doing and to explain what happened in the operation, and went through this again during my follow up outpatient appointment. He was marvellous, very understanding and listened to what I was saying and reassured me that the procedure was a success. He took the time to go through my history and explained different things that had been going on - which I appreciated greatly. I am sure the care and attention which went above and beyond all that I have ever received, has contributed to my recovery which has been swift.

Dr Tapuria was polite, patient and highly professional at all times. Whilst nobody likes having to go into hospital, being treated by someone like Dr Tapuri certainly helps to lessen the anxiety. I cannot thank him and his team enough.

The surgeon managed to take out my infected gall bladder using keyhole rather than open surgery. I was very pleased with this as it should reduce my recovery period.

Can only say that i received first class treatment from Mr Tapuria and his team everything was explained fully to me and even when i had complications with my health no fault of the doctors i was always kept informed by Mr Tapuria on the next procedure to me eventually having my surgery. Mr. Tapuria is a highly skilled and knowledgable surgeon with state of the art surgical techniques. He is a caring and attentive doctor who patiently listens to you (without rushing you out) and wouldn't leave till you are happy and satisfied. He genuinely wants to help you and will do everything he can as soon as possible and see to it that your health issues are sorted!

It was a pleasure to have Mr Tapuria as a guide and consultant for our ward while he was poorly. Clearly, very knowledgable and amazing with his ability to explain what is going on and what needs to happen in layman's terms. We were lucky to have him as our consultant during our difficult time.
