Mr Patki has been most helpful. I saw him on a number of occasions and he resolved my problem in a most satisfactory manner. I would add that he never rushed consultations and explained everything in a way that I could understand. A very charming man.

Mr Patki was very informative about the process and the treatment I was having, I knew what would happen and recovery time, the treatment was scheduled quickly and his secretary Gauri was very helpful when organised appointments.

Mr Patki exemplifies what you would hope to find in a healthcare professional at the top of his game. He demonstrates a clear understanding of the issues I faced when I went to him and seemed to easily strike the correct balance between sympathetic ear and pragmatic professional. I found his communication skills to be excellent and his knowledge of his area to be both broad based and relevant. I would give him a 10 star rating but you allow me only 5.

Mr. Patki has a fantastic manner and provided frank and honest advice putting me completely at ease. After taking his advice and going ahead with a procedure once gain he was everything you would want in a practitioner. He was assuring, attentive and was both pre and post op on hand to answer all my questions and talk me through exactly what was being done and what would happen with my recovery. At the time of writing about 2 months after my procedure i have healed perfectly with minimal scarring and what appears to be a completely successful operation. I highly recommend Mr. Pratki.
