I recently had the privilege of being treated by Mr Girgis, and I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was. From the initial consultation to the follow-up appointments, Mr Girgis demonstrated unparalleled expertise, compassion, and professionalism. Mr Girgis took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and the surgical options available, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. His calm and confident demeanor immediately put me at ease, and his ability to communicate complex medical information in an understandable way was incredibly reassuring. The day of my surgery, Mr Girgis and his team were outstanding. The procedure was seamless, and I felt fully supported throughout. His skill as a surgeon was evident in the flawless execution of my surgery and the remarkable results. My vision has improved beyond my expectations, and the recovery process was smooth, thanks to his meticulous care and the detailed post-operative instructions provided. Beyond his technical expertise, Mr Girgis has genuine concern for his patients’ well-being is truly remarkable. He followed up personally to check on my progress and was always available to address any concerns or questions I had during my recovery.

Completely satisfied with approach throughout and with excellent outcome

Under Mr Girgis due to bilateral posterior subcapsular cataract. Mr Girgis has supported me throughout the process, listening and understanding my concerns and needs. The first operation went extremely well, though I was very anxious, I was treated with respect and I received a needed amount of patience. Mr Girgis and the operating team were very professional and supportive throughout. The other hospital staff (Spire, Bristol) kept me comfortable and informed pre and post op. Result from the first operation has been more than I could have hoped for, with no immediate issues in the three days after the initial operation. Second operation is tomorrow and I feel comfortable and fully prepared following an further consultation, in person, with Mr Girgis today.
