My son recently had an otoplasty performed by Mr Young at the Cromwell, I can honestly say from start to finish it was a very smooth process, my son has had no pain whatsoever from the procedure (it has now been just over 2 weeks since he had it) and the incisions are all extremely neat and healing beautifully. We are so pleased with the shape and position of his ears and more importantly so is my son, I wouldn’t hesitate is recommending Mr Young for a cosmetic procedure and would definitely go back to him in the future should the need arise.

He was meticulous in explaining everything to me and ensured that any concerns I had were allayed. I received a stellar service and the care and attention to detail in my treatment is a testament of his skills; not only surgical but also pastoral. I highly recommend him. My Young was incredible. He is incredibly knowledgable whilst also mastering the art of precise communication and explaining everything. Mr Young made me feel so comfortable before, during and after the procedure and he was also incredibly professional and friendly. We went into the process with very limited knowledge and understanding. Richard was extremely patient and recommended we have some 3D imaging completed to help us visualise sizing. This I highly recommend to anyone who is unsure about the different sizes of cc implants. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and made great efforts to assure us that the cc we had chosen would be suitable for my smaller frame and reassured us with all of our many questions. Richard's bedside manner was very calm and professional, I always felt extremely safe in his hands. I had my surgery at the King Edward Hospital where I was looked after excellently. Richard saw me before my surgery and also visited me after whilst in hospital. I had several check ups with Richard after my surgery; his aftercare has been exemplary. I can't tell you how happy I am with my finished breasts and cannot recommend Richard highly enough. Such a lovely man.

Overall great experience with Dr Young, and would highly recommend. I had a cyst removed from my nose bridge and the scar is practically impossible to see 2 months later.

They were all excellent throughout, from the initial consultation, Sharon's quick responses, the team in the operating theatre who were all very friendly and the nurses I saw in my initial aftercare visit.
