Mr. Clarke is one of the most professional and caring doctors we've ever met! Our 2-year old went through a diaphragmmatic hernia which was quite difficult to diagnose from the X-ray (we were given 4 possible diagnoses) but Mr Clarke always suspected that's what it was and he was proved right several tests later. He explained what will happen during the surgery in great detail and it all went smoothly as expected. He made the key-hole incisions from the back (rather than tummy which I know some other surgeons do) and I think this helped with recovering faster (and it meant our little one couldn't see the plasters and get distressed!). He was happy to answer any questions post-surgery as well, always responding via email putting us at ease. I would highly recommend him!
