On entering the Hospital for the first time at reception, my appointment made in a professional calm manner. The Doctors listened to me explaining the procedure in detail. Day of admission shown to a private ward with an attending nurse.Surgeon Mr Lipscombe spoke with me.. The anethatis explains his procedure..Waking up in recovery to a calming voice. The folloup care and phisiotherapy is excellent.
Received good advice, help in understanding range of options and great medical care.
The operation was a complete success for me, I am now pain free, before the operation I would have to wear a wrist splint to just ease the pain I was constantly taking pain killers, rubbing pain Gel to get through the day. I stopped using my right hand for most things due to pain. From the day after the operation, the constant pain was gone. The ache was gone, i only took pain killers at night, as the healing pain was less than I was living with day to day. This was the best decision I have ever made wish I had done it sooner. Dr Lipscome explained everything, gave me confidenceand has permanent fixed my hand pain and I am very grateful. Big Thanks to Dr Lipscombe and his team.
I highly recommend Mr Lipscombe and his exceptional care and professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain every aspect of the procedure, ensuring I felt fully informed and confident throughout. The surgery was performed expertly, and the follow-up care was thorough and reassuring. I felt supported and in very capable hands at every stage.
Follow up appointment with Mr Lipscombe for Carpal tunnel procedures. Excellent feedback on how well my hands are doing, and some advice
Mr Lipscombe put me at ease throughout the whole process.
I was called in early for my appointment which was great. Mr Lipscombe was very thorough with his post op examination. I am extremely happy with the outcome. Of the procedure and would definitely recommend Mr Lipscombe.
Care from start to finish was fabulous. Procedure explained well, all staff very friendly, making you feel relaxed
As ever Stephen was warm and courteous. He is a very professional individual who conveys things very clearly. His reassurance is genuine and I never leave his office feeling unsure about any aspect of our conversation. His initial advice to proceed with a replacement “bone/joint” has proved to be fully justified.
Mr Lipscombe is an excellent hand surgeon providing his patients with exceptional care.
