Very quick bedside manner. Can help put you at ease by making procedure seem like it's not a big deal, but sometimes means you feel under pressure to make decisions or ask the correct questions. Very confident and competent which is fantastic. Was willing to answer questions via phone when necessary which was greatly appreciated.
