Dear Mr Shah. My many thanks for the wonderful surgery on my leg and the great care you and all the team in the theatre took in looking after me.

Dear Mr Shah, I am sending you and your colleagues this card to say a huge thank you for the treatment I received while I was under you care. The surgery I had for a hip replacement has given me my life and independence back. The care I received from the nurses on the ward was first class. Once again, thank you.

Thank you is such a small word. You have given me such great care and I am so grateful.

To Mr Shah. I feel born anew and can now look forward to many enjoyable (action filled!) years ahead of me. I can't thank you enough for truly changing my life!

Dear Mr Shah. I am writing to say a big thank you to you for the wonderful job you did in replacing my hip joint. In a very short time I was able to walk around the house without the use of any aids and to walk outside with the help of only one stick. After the recommended six weeks I was driving the car again and back at my part-time job. By this time I could also walk without needing any aids at all. The operation seems to have been a total success for which I am extremely grateful. I am now looking forward to enjoying the long walks that I used to be able to take. Once again many thanks to you and your team.
