Georgina Robertson is a Nutritional Therapist focusing on men and women's health including stress and anxiety, sleep problems, conception through to menopause, weight management support, autoimmune conditions and all digestive challenges. She specialises particularly on all gut issues from heartburn, bloating, IBS, irritable bowel disease to Crohn's and autoimmunity. She is also experienced in optimising the physical performance of athletes and professional sportspeople.

Georgina uses a functional medicine approach, which aims to get to the root cause of health issues by restoring the balance of internal and external factors, and writes personalised plans for each client with diet, lifestyle, supplement and testing recommendations.

Georgina is passionate about building long term relationships with her clients to help them achieve their goals. She believes that sustainable long term change comes from creating personalised plans that consider a client's character, situation and objectives simultaneously and that are not devoid of pleasure or reward. Equally, open discussion in a trusted environment and negotiation are key to helping clients ultimately feel the best that they can.

Georgina gained her diploma in naturopathic nutritional therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2014. She is a registered member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy.

Georgina does both face-to-face and video consultations.
