Ms Sally Waters is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience, working in the NHS, the private sector and at Imperial College since 1992. She is a specialist in examination, assessment & diagnosis. She is an experienced manual therapist providing mobilisations & a wide variety of soft tissue techniques. She treats all neuromusculoskeletal problems including sports injuries, any joint, muscle, tendon, bone or ligament problem (acute or chronic) and back and neck pain including sciatica & trapped nerves. She is very experienced in tailoring individual exercise programmes & rehabilitation.

Sally qualified from St Thomas's Hospital and trained with the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, undertaking extensive specialised post-graduate training in neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

She was then employed as a Senior Physiotherapist at Charing Cross Hospital and the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. Since 1992 she headed up the Physiotherapy service at the Imperial College Health Centre, treating Imperial College staff and students and also worked for the Royal College of Music. Privately she has worked at the Harley Street Clinic, the Royal Ballet School and consulted at the English National Ballet, treating the dancers and carrying out orthopaedic assessments.

Sally has lectured in College on manual handling, posture, back/neck care & workstation advice and is currently their Occupational Health Physio. She provides sports injury management and was appointed as a Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS) Physio as well as working extensively with the Sports Scholars at Imperial.
