Professor Branley put me at my ease. He took a careful history and listened to what I was saying about my symptoms. His explanation of my condition and the tests that I needed was very clear. He did not hurry me.

I was disappointed after my last consultation. I had gone to see Professsor Branley because I had been extremely breathless. He examined me and told me things were ok and did not suggest a remedy for the breathlessness. He also said he did not think I needed antibiotics. Two days later I was admitted to the Whittington with a chest infection and prescribed antibiotics. I am still inhospital.
