The hospital was great, we did find it a bit tricky to navigate to the paediatrics clinic, but the staff was very friendly and informative.

It was a great experience, with quick and easy access into the hospital and clear guidance on where to park and enter the hospital from.

Migraine

The only reason why I rated less on overall experience was because of the car park. Too small and always full. I spent almost 30 minutes to find a parking space and now I’m worried I may get a ticket due to parking hurriedly so I don’t miss the appointment

I was extremely impressed by Dr Kwan MBE’s availability at such notice and how quickly he came back with my results. On both consultations he was very calm and explained everything in great detail which reflected his knowledge and experience in the subject of Nephrology. 

He ordered a very detailed battery of tests to obtain as much understanding of what was wrong with me. I had a good number of questions during my consultations in detail. Thanks for everything Dr Kwan MBE.
