The Professor was excellent but he said my operation would be in the morning and he eventually dealt with me at 1.30 lunchtime. I was in the hospital the night before for that reason which was obviously not necessary. He also said he would visit me at 5 pm before I left for home he eventually appeared at 7 pm which meant planning to go home was very difficult. When you have travelled a long distance to have an operation people do need to stick roughly to time as it's quite traumatic and it all needs to be as easy as possible for the patient. I have no doubt he's very good at his job and I liked him.
