Dr Rachel Hines was extremely professional and understanding. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and clearly explained the best way to approach and help my symptoms. She has an excellent and very kind manner and I left feeling very well informed. I left feeling I had a good plan in place and a review in 3 months time to assess my progress.

I was seeking information and reassurance about some unfamiliar symptoms and Dr Hines was very clear, reassuring, patient and personable, while it was not an appointment at a time of crisis or urgent need, it felt very valuable to be able to discuss my experience and feel I was being listened to by someone with experience and knowledge.
