Dr Ranjit Sagoo is a well experienced Health and Wellbeing Coach at The Vesey Private Hospital dedicated to helping patients make lasting changes that improve their overall health and reduce the burden of chronic conditions.

Dr Sagoo completed his medical degree at the University of Leicester in 2006. Following his initial training in orthopaedics, general surgery and intensive care, he transitioned into general practice in 2013 and became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He later completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He also holds Postgraduate Diplomas in Dermatology and Lifestyle Medicine.

Dr Sagoo has special interests in lifestyle-based approaches to healthcare, holistic wellbeing and disease prevention and reversal. He firmly believes that chronic diseases are not inevitable and can be reversed through lifestyle modifications with the right coaching and guidance.

In addition to his medical qualifications, Dr Sagoo is a Certified Professional Coach and a Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP). By combining his knowledge and experience in lifestyle medicine with coaching and NLP methods and tools, Dr Sagoo empowers his patients to make effective, lifelong changes that positively impact their health and wellbeing. His holistic approach involves various aspects of his patients' lives, including physical, psychological, wellbeing, nutrition, social connection and sleep science. His approach helps patients understand the underlying causes of their health issues and equips them with the tools and knowledge to make significant shifts toward happier, healthier and disease-free lives.
