Everything was done in a very friendly way but still very professional way
Without a shadow of doubt, this is the finest hospital I have ever had the privilege of attending? From reception to sugery 5* treatment, curtesy and care. Thank you Rivers Hospital.
Mr Dhir is very professional, saw me on time and answered my questions. His Secretary kindly offered an earlier appointment as one had come available!
Seen straightaway if not earlier than appointment time. Very cheerful consultant. Only hope I don’t have to wait too long for treatment.
Very clear advice and helpful explaind everything and answered all my questions
Very courteous, explained it very well, most helpfull
My overall experience was positive. Mr Dhir was very engaging and helpful. He explained all the actions required and the reasons for the actions.
Very professional and I felt at ease as everything was explained to me as the procedure took place. I would definitely recommend Mr. Dhir and his team.
Rishi did a great surgery on my badly shattered clavicle which was broken in multiple places. It was pinned together nicely without needing to take bone graph from elsewhere on my body. He also did some ligament reconstruction and soft tissue repair. The scar was very neat and healed well and I'm very pleased with the result. I don't notice the plate and I'm expecting a full recovery. The whole process was also quick and efficient. Surgery was 2 days after initial consultation. He explained the process clearly and candidly which was reassuring. If I were to break the other clavicle I know who my preferred surgeon would be.
