Roheemot K. is a compassionate and dedicated support worker with over 2 years of experience in caring for individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours in a care home setting in Cardiff. Described as easy-going, hardworking, and straightforward, Roheemot takes pride in her work and is committed to providing excellent care to her clients.

Currently working full-time, Roheemot is seeking additional shifts or sleepovers on her days off, as she receives her work schedule one to two months in advance. She is flexible and willing to coordinate her schedule around her clients' needs and the requirements of her team. Roheemot prefers working with clients who are mobile and do not require hoisting.

As a key worker, Roheemot is trained in medication administration and is in the process of completing her NVQ3 qualification. She possesses the necessary skills for providing comprehensive care and support to individuals, including AWIF training. In her spare time, Roheemot enjoys reading, participating in sports, watching TV, cooking, sewing, singing, and travelling.

Specialising in various aspects of care, Roheemot excels in assisting individuals with early and late-stage dementia, incontinence, physical disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, depression, dysphagia, anxiety, and more. Her services include dressing/undressing, bathroom assistance, personal care, mobility assistance, eating and drinking assistance, companionship, housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical prompting.
