Dr. Broughton was able to explain the reason why we are there. He made my daughter feel comfortable. Overall an excellent Doctor.

Dr. Simon was sympathetic and understanding of our situation with our 4 week old son. He provided valuable explanation and a plan in place for his care going forward. We felt reassured and listened to and confident that going forward we can find a solution for our son’s gastro issues.

Dr. Broughton provided clear explanations of why tests were being undertaken, his view on what he thought the issues were and how the tests could help. He provided clear advice on how I could improve my son’s skin condition. He took time to answer all of my questions.

Our then 12-month old daughter was very poorly in December and I couldn't get an appointment with the NHS for days. I was able to book an appointment with Dr Broughton on the very same day. He was so lovely and immediately saw that she had labored breathing and recommended we go to A&E. He even went so far as to call the A&E Department ahead of time to advise them that we were coming in and needed to be seen as soon as possible, which meant we didn't have to wait for hours when we got there. We are extremely grateful for Simon's help and advice on the day and wouldn't hesistate to see him again or recommend him to anyone.

Dr Broughton is a selfless man, who is compassionate and understanding, he never fails to pay extra attention to detail when dealing with us patients and makes the overall experience just a bit more stressfree.

Dr Simon is an excellent paediatrician. He instantly put my toddler at ease when he first met her. She was very nervous and wary after a couple of previous hospital admissions but he soon had her won around with his kind and engaging manner - brilliant with children. He is very knowledgable, methodical and approachable. We as parents have full confidence in his expertise, treatment and investigations of our daughter - it has been reassuring to have our daughter under his care and we highly recommend him.
