Mr Reynolds gave very clear explanations of all treatments at each stage and answered any questions I might have had. He was calm, professional and reassuring at all times and the outcomes following surgery have been very positive.

Hip Replacement

The experience was excellent in every respect.
I did think I/we had made a decision to proceed with a hip replacement, instead of other measures described, but now that I have read the Professor`s post-consultation letter, I am not sure a replacement is agreed. For the avoidance of doubt, I DO want to have a hip rplacement, please.

Hand & Wrist Surgery

Mr Riley took the time to explain my situation and go over x-rays and CT scan images. He ensured I understood everything before moving on. He explained the procedure and my next steps and left me feeling very reassured and supported.
