Easy access to the parking system, whether self-parking or valet service, is always very convenient. I appreciate quick and simplicity of using the services,starting from registration to payment. Especially noteworthy is the friendly attitude of the staff.

I had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience at the pharmacy recently. After receiving my token, I had to wait an excessively long time before my number was called. The waiting area was not overcrowded and was very comfortable, with no clear updates on how long the wait would be. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and busy which only added to the delay. The lack of communication and inefficient service made the whole process extremely stressful and disappointing. This long and poorly managed wait time is something that needs urgent improvement.

The service provided was very good.

I feel there is scope for improvement in handling customers at Reception desk, observe some senior staffs don't even look, smile or greet [whereas junior staffs/recent joiners are more friendly]. Cashier counter surely needs improvement because I always observe just one counter staff handling long queue when there are 1 or 2 other staffs sitting right next to him & not entertaining any customers. Two cashier counters are a must for a busy clinic like Prime. Last but not least, special heartfelt thanks to lady nurses in Room 13 & Lab sample collection room, they are always very kind, friendly & smiling. They definitely reflect a very positive image for your organisation. Thanks to each one of them.

Too goo experience from the receptionist to the doctor they co ordinate very well .thank you Dr wasi Mirza general physician was very polite and helpful thank you .
