It was indeed good experience

I was coming for physiotherapy from last 2 months. This is my 10th session.I feel very comfortable and feeling far far better than my previous condition.

Dr Chetan, Dr Ghulam, and Physiotherapist Ms Thesalyn Foronda - Very professional, excellent on their expertise, and careful attention to details of diagnosis and treatment plan, while maintaining their friendliness, contributed to my overall great experience. Their confidence and sincerity were truly reassuring!

Dr Munima was very attentive to my problem. The findings were explained in detail in an easy to understand way. She made me feel comfortable. This definitely was a good experience. I will follow up with Dr. Munima in the future - no dount about it! Aleksandra

I feel there is scope for improvement in handling customers at Reception desk, observe some senior staffs don't even look, smile or greet [whereas junior staffs/recent joiners are more friendly]. Cashier counter surely needs improvement because I always observe just one counter staff handling long queue when there are 1 or 2 other staffs sitting right next to him & not entertaining any customers. Two cashier counters are a must for a busy clinic like Prime. Last but not least, special heartfelt thanks to lady nurses in Room 13 & Lab sample collection room, they are always very kind, friendly & smiling. They definitely reflect a very positive image for your organisation. Thanks to each one of them.
