I was treated at a personal level which is nice to see knowing that there are other customers in there.

Experience at the facility itself was great. WhatsApp communication is poor with around 5 hours of wait time for responses, that’s if I get a response at all. Many cases where my messages would just be read and ignored.

Amazing! The whole team are great, from the people on reception to the physios, to Doctor Gus!

Really great center with clear instructions and good doctors and facilities. One improvement could be to get better systems for whatsapp tracking of appointments

Great medical centre. Never waiting long. Runs very smooth. Very friendly staff. Lots of follow up remi ders via WhatsApp which helps.

Extremely supportive and patient centric

The clinic was very clean and tidy and the doctor I saw was so friendly and really took the time to listen to what I had to say. Unfortunately the clinic is let down by the reception team. It took longer than it should to get a reply on whats app and when I walked into the clinic and walked to the desk I was greeted by a young girl who I think was called Becky and didn't feel welcome at all. She was cold and rude. I will definitely be back however I feel your customer service staff need some more training.
