Nuria Garcia is a DHA Registered Physiotherapist at Orthocure SportsMed Clinic in Dubai with over 5 years of experience in physiotherapy.

She completed her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Leon, Spain in 2017. After completing her degree, Nuria undertook a year-long internship at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul. During her internship, Nuria specialised in several areas of physiotherapy, including hydrotherapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurofunctional rehabilitation and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation; this valuable experience equipped her with an extensive skillset that not many physiotherapists have, enabling her to provide versatile and evidence based therapies for her patients.

Before joining Orthocure SportsMed Clinic in June 2022, Nuria worked as a Physiotherapist in Spain specialising in neurology and hydrotherapy. In this role she saw children, adults and seniors with a wide range of neurological conditions including brain damage, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, Down syndrome and neurodegenerative conditions. This further added to her professional skillset, giving her a broad scope of practice.

At Orthocure, Nuria sees mainly adults and seniors with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries related to the foot & ankle, hand & wrist, hip & knee and shoulder & elbow. She also sees urgent care patients, patients with fractures and patients with sports-related injuries.
