I felt reassured from the first consultation where the likely cause and the follow up actions were explained and discussed clearly. He is friendly, caring and respectful which made the examination process dignified. I also had some specific pressures on timescale (including a booked holiday within weeks) that I did not think could be accommodated. However, I extremely grateful for him being able to take the initiative in moving arrangements (included a small operation on his private list) within the constraints, which enabled me to enjoy my holiday without worry.
