Dr Ho has been extremely thorough and detailed throughout the whole process of my retinal detachment surgery. At all my appointments everything was explained to me clearly so I knew exactly what was happening and also he would always ask if I was comfortable with all that was going to be taking place. Dr Ho is very attentive to his patients needs and I am very grateful for all he has done for me. She is simply the best: absolutely delightful, friendly, human, engaging, knowledgeable, caring, reassuring, listens to one and notes down everything one says. Ms Richardson explains the whole procedure clearly and simply and presents all the options available for the surgery and the new lens and guided me calmly, wisely, sensitively and sensibly throughout the whole process. Everything was explained to a super in depth degree, including videos of the actual procedure so I was fully aware of what to expect. The aftercare and follow ups were excellent and I was left in no doubt that, had there been any issues, which there weren't, everything would be managed which gave me piece of mind in making my choice of surgeon.
