Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. The surgery was on both eyes and the treatment was painless and took little time. All in all I felt I was in good hands all through the consultations and surgery and am very happy with the outcome. Miss Tina Khanam is very supportive, caring and tries to get the best outcome for you. I initially saw Miss Khanam for support with dry eyes and my eyes have genuinely never felt or looked better.

My eyelids had become very droopy, pushing down on my lashes. I just wanted a very subtle lift, nothing drastic. I've always had a fold and wanted that to remain, just not the droop. I was very repetitive and clear. The AI modeling that was done at consultation turned out to be filters, there was no ability to then tailor to the person, and I don't look like that anyway so perhaps I'm missing the point. I'm now almost 7 weeks out and my deepest fear has come true. There is almost no fold left to speak of, the scars are so high that they're very visible. My lids are now extremely prominent with minimal skin folding over. I can fully close my eyes, so functionally everything works at least. But aesthetically this was my worst-case outcome and the reason I waited so long to have the surgery in the first place. I've since met with a top eyelid reconstruction surgeon in the US (granted, at 4 weeks and he did say at that point there was still swelling). But even then, he said my scars were "crazy high", and looking at 'before' photos, that the amount removed was "aggressive". I don't look like myself, and in several months will need to undergo expensive reconstruction surgery. I have refused to engage with this surgeon anymore though he keeps asking me to come in, as he repeatedly tells me he didn't take off much (I can look in the mirror and see every day that's not true), and I see no point as I do not trust him. The scars aren't 'hidden in the crease', they're way above them and very visible even with the tons of concealer and fake glasses I now wear. The entire shape of my eyes has now changed, it isn't a subtle removal. I think it's clear that I'm extremely upset with this entire experience.

Oliver is very knowledgable and explained all the processes well. He asked the right questions to get to the bottom of the issue and deals with it in a relaxed and assuring manner. The outpost both eye surgeries are as expected and to my full satisfaction. Brilliant

I researched many Opthalmologist when I developed PCO after having surgery elsewhere. I read that Mr Say Aun Quah had an excellent background and so I booked an appointment. He took the time to do a thorough examination of my eyes and after explaining everything to me we agreed that laser eye surgery was the only option to correct my condition. I booked in and although I was extremely nervous but he put me at ease. The laser eye surgery was totally painless and very successful. The difference in my eyesight was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Mr Say Aun Quah and would like to add that his staff are also extremely helpful and friendly. I felt informed and any questions I made via his secretary Amanda were immediately passed on and answered which made me feel at ease and a like a valued patient. Thank you!

She is simply the best: absolutely delightful, friendly, human, engaging, knowledgeable, caring, reassuring, listens to one and notes down everything one says. She is also an expert clinician having carried out over 25,000 cataract procedures alone. Ms Richardson explains the whole procedure clearly and simply and presents all the options available for the surgery and the new lens and guided me calmly, wisely, sensitively and sensibly throughout the whole process. Successful surgery, great vision and the best ophthalmologist in the world- what more can one want?!

I was recommended by a friend who had the same Bilateral refractive lens replacement with Trifocal lenses that I was looking for and I am so pleased I followed that advice. Everything was explained to a super in depth degree, including videos of the actual procedure so I was fully aware of what to expect. The aftercare and follow ups were excellent and I was left in no doubt that, had there been any issues, which there weren't, everything would be managed which gave me piece of mind in making my choice of surgeon. Our eyes are so precious, it's important that you fully understand everything and you have the utmost faith in the professionals you choose. My only regret is that a phaffed around and didn't get it done years ago!

Dr Pringle was excellent. He explained everything in a concise manner that was reassurring and factual at the same time. He found the issue, gave me options and suggested what he thought would be the best approach. He operated immaculately on my eye and I left the clinic feeling confident and reassured. I had considered blepharoplasty for some time due to hooded eyelids. I had always previously ruled out elective surgery but due to the ageing process (I’m 48) I decided to have consultations at two reputable clinics, Clinica London being one. I was drawn to Miss Olver over the other clinic because she instilled confidence and understood entirely my objective - which was to look natural. Miss Olver carefully explained the process to me and managed my expectations in terms of recovery. That enabled me to plan for the surgery knowing how long I’d basically need to work from home and go to ground for. I had the operation a few months after my first consultation. On the day of surgery, I had a consultation with Miss Olver and had chance to discuss any concerns and ask questions. The whole experience felt very calm and Miss Olver and all the nursing staff were caring and attentive. I felt very looked after despite my obvious nervousness about how I’d look and feel afterwards. The surgery itself took around one hour. I was awake and kept informed throughout. The worst part was the anaesthetic but even that wasn’t so bad. I felt no pain during the surgery. Afterwards I felt very numb and had difficulty fully closing my eyes for a couple of hours until the anaesthetic wore off. I rested in a room for an hour and was cared for until my friend arrived to take me home. My eyes felt sore and watery for the first couple of days and I’d definitely advise anyone having the surgery to not work for a couple of days afterwards to avoid eye strain. I also found wearing sunglasses indoors helped. I followed to the letter the after care pack provided to me however and was encouraged to go for a walk each day. The recovery went as advised with the bruising getting gradually worse and peaking at around day 6. I have fair skin and the bruising lasted for around 3 weeks but it improved a lot after around 11 days and was largely coverable with makeup. The bruising was also localised to the eye area meaning sunglasses covered everything and no one gave me a second look when I ventured outside or to the shops. Within a month all the residual bruising had gone and the swelling under and around the eyes had also subsided. I had only told two friends and both on seeing me a month post surgery said they would never have suspected I’d had eye surgery. Instead they said I looked like I’d had a “really good nights sleep” and skin smoothing treatment. Other friends and colleagues who’ve seen me and have no idea I had surgery have told me how incredibly well I look. I was dreading going back to the office but on doing so no one suspected a thing and asked if I’d been on holiday. I’d recommend Miss Olver without hesitation and am absolutely happy with the results of my surgery. I’ve had two consultations post surgery and 7 weeks on, know she is on hand should any issues arise.
