Wow what can I say, right from the very first time I spoke to Andrew I felt at ease. After a 15 min mini phone consultation I knew he was who I wanted to do my procedure, I then had my face to face consultation in which he showed me exactly what he was going to do and what the end result would hopefully look like. I've had my dressings removed today and I cant keep the smile off my face. This has been something I've wanted done for a long time and going with Andrew and his team at TSS was the best decision I definitely made. Thank-you for giving me the best boobs and the biggest smile 😃

I am so pleased with the results of my recent breast augmentation with Mr Kasem. He went above and beyond to listen to exactly what my goals were and gave amazing advice and guidance. He is such a skilled and experienced surgeon. From the very first consultation I knew he was the right surgeon for me, I felt comfortable at all times and knew I was in great hands. I cannot thank him enough, I was so nervous about having surgery for the first time but my only regret is that I didn’t find him sooner!

Zoe is incredibly reassuring and I would recommend a visit to her to anyone with any concerns. She has such a lovely manner and really involved me in her investigations. Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal. Matt and his team have done a superb job. Special thanks to Tracey for "holding my hand" and giving me advice. I cannot recommend Matt James and his team highly enough. Thank you all.

I had a very good experience with Mr Harris and his team. I was quite anxious about the procedure but from my first consultation I knew I was in good hands. I was treated with sensitivity and kindness and every step of the way was thoroughly explained. The consultations never felt rushed, and all questions answered at length. The nursing team working alongside Mr Harris were incredible and made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. For me it was very important to find a surgeon who was not only an expert in their field but also a patient led compassionate practitioner. I am so happy to have found Mr Harris he was exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and grateful to Mr Harris for his excellent work.

I want to say how happy I am with the results of my breast reduction, which was performed by Mr Ghali and his Team in early April of this year. I knew from my initial consultation with Mr Ghali that I had found the perfect surgeon to perform this procedure. He immediately put my mind at ease, by firstly confirming that I did need this reduction, because this had been something I had been considering for years. Then I really appreciated how he included my family in the discussions and allowed for them to ask any questions, and no question was a 'silly question'. I also appreciated Mr Ghali offering to see me as many times as possible if I need additional reassurance or further questions to be answered. And I would always get quick responses from his PA, Emma. The attention to detail on the day of the surgery made me feel even more relaxed and confident in Mr Ghali's ability to do what I had asked for and he had promised to deliver. The aftercare from the staff over the time in hospital was so good. Mr Ghali came the next day to do a follow-up prior to discharging me and I knew I was going home with a smile on my face. I must say the pain levels for me were quite minimal, so that added to my happiness. My follow-up appointment a week later was again very reassuring again allowing for all questions to be answered, I would highly recommend Mr Ghali to anyone who is considering this type of surgery, and can definitely say you will not regret making that decision.
