Wow what can I say, right from the very first time I spoke to Andrew I felt at ease. After a 15 min mini phone consultation I knew he was who I wanted to do my procedure, I then had my face to face consultation in which he showed me exactly what he was going to do and what the end result would hopefully look like. I've had my dressings removed today and I cant keep the smile off my face. This has been something I've wanted done for a long time and going with Andrew and his team at TSS was the best decision I definitely made. Thank-you for giving me the best boobs and the biggest smile 😃

5 days post mastopexy and implant exchange review. With the amazing Simon Smith (both times) May 2017 - Under muscle 550cc Harley Medical Group To April 2024 - Under muscle 725cc Springfield Hospital Uplift with donut scars (he is amazing!) Recovery has been incredible. Was down in OR at 0930, out in recovery by 1230, my room by 1330 starving hungry inhaling the most amazing tasting sandwich.. home by 1700h. I had Niven as my anaesthetist this time (Hywell in 2017) who was so lovely, and the most amazing cocktail of drugs. The hospital was wonderful, and even better than the previous. The nurses were funny, kind and caring, and I met Sheena who was also wonderful. Not felt any pain at all, kept topped up on ibuprofen and paracetamol for day 2&3, just forgot how annoying post op anaesthetic bloat is..! Day 1 post op (Friday) had a shower and felt amazing, managed to get a proper look at them and removed the gauze, keeping the bra and binder on for 3 days, but felt even better once that was off. I can feel my nipples, and the lower breast area where the other scars are. There is the most minimal bruising, and obviously under the waterproof dressings there is some marker and blood hence the colour in the photos. I am so so so happy, and really glad Simon was able to go bigger and change the huge gap I had in the middle. I had my last BA in 2017 weighing around 12/13 stone, I then had a 360 body lift & arm lift in 2020, and I’ve got down to 9st2lb so my ribcage was prominent with a huge gap between. Now the pockets have been brought in they are even better. Can’t wait till they fluff!!! 🥰 #teamsimon

Not only is Miss Franks incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, authoritative and highly experienced - she’s human too, displaying warmth, kindness and empathy. The whole process from diagnosis to bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction has been seamless under her care and guidance. She and her team have taken on the burden of making sure I speak to the correct people (from geneticist to psychologist) and making all arrangements. At what is an incredibly scary, daunting and overwhelming time, having Miss Franks looking after me and figuratively holding my hand has been sanity saving. She is an incredibly rare combination of clinical excellence and skill, professionalism and compassion. I feel so lucky to have been under her exceptional care.
