I recently underwent surgery for an island flap reconstruction around a lesion site on my lower left leg, as well as a sentinel lymph node biopsy in my left groin. I am pleased to share my experience and provide a review of the procedure. My experience with the island flap reconstruction and sentinel lymph node biopsy was positive, and I am grateful for the expertise of Mr Damir Kosutic and the surgical team, my recovery is going very well. Mr Kosutic is a detailed surgeon and explains everything in an easy to digest manner, putting you at ease straight away. I am happy with my overall experience.

Mr Kasem made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. Any questions or concerns were answered and my surgery was completed with so much care.

Professor Mokbel is an expert in his field and an extremely talented surgeon. He has always ensured I am informed to make decisions, whilst being provided with kindness and compassion at such challenging times. I cannot thank and recommend Dr Andrew Pieri enough!! After 10 years of not having any confidence in the way I look and always feeling embarrassed about my chest I now feel amazing! Right from the first consultation Andrews knowledge of how to achieve the exact natural results I was after and his constant support with any queries I had up until the surgery was amazing! All the staff on the day of the surgery were so lovely and I couldn’t be happier with the results, truly life changing!

Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

Ms Jajini was kind professional and empathetic, she explained the process well and her team were always available and answered any queries very fast. There were never long waiting times that helped enormously as for many doctor the waiting is what is really stressful for the patient. Her scar is minimal and has healed beautifully. Thanks so much.

I want to say how happy I am with the results of my breast reduction, which was performed by Mr Ghali and his Team in early April of this year. I knew from my initial consultation with Mr Ghali that I had found the perfect surgeon to perform this procedure. He immediately put my mind at ease, by firstly confirming that I did need this reduction, because this had been something I had been considering for years. Then I really appreciated how he included my family in the discussions and allowed for them to ask any questions, and no question was a 'silly question'. I also appreciated Mr Ghali offering to see me as many times as possible if I need additional reassurance or further questions to be answered. And I would always get quick responses from his PA, Emma. The attention to detail on the day of the surgery made me feel even more relaxed and confident in Mr Ghali's ability to do what I had asked for and he had promised to deliver. The aftercare from the staff over the time in hospital was so good. Mr Ghali came the next day to do a follow-up prior to discharging me and I knew I was going home with a smile on my face. I must say the pain levels for me were quite minimal, so that added to my happiness. My follow-up appointment a week later was again very reassuring again allowing for all questions to be answered, I would highly recommend Mr Ghali to anyone who is considering this type of surgery, and can definitely say you will not regret making that decision.
