I could easily see thatvthe clinic was awfully busy and staff were under huge pressure but they as well as Mr Davies had everything under control and worked hard to keep everything moving. I recently underwent surgery for an island flap reconstruction around a lesion site on my lower left leg, as well as a sentinel lymph node biopsy in my left groin. From start to finish, my experience with Mr Pieri and his team has been excellent. Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

Ms Jajini was kind professional and empathetic, she explained the process well and her team were always available and answered any queries very fast. There were never long waiting times that helped enormously as for many doctor the waiting is what is really stressful for the patient. Her scar is minimal and has healed beautifully. Thanks so much.
