I am very happy with my surgery and so glad I found Dr Orfaniotis. In the past I have had mini lifts and a breast lift and lipo but my lovely surgeon in Belgium retired and I was left looking for an alternative. I researched various doctors online and came across Dr Orfaniotis. I had a deep plane face, neck, and lip lift. I am now just shy of three months post op and still improving. I don’t have many “technical” photos so will just share my real life photos and experience here for anyone considering this! The first photo is prior to the op and you can see my lovely double chin. In photos you would be amazed how well I could hide this and I am now happy to say that I have given away all my roll necks. I must admit it was not until after the op that I realised how much I must have been subconsciously hiding it! The second profile pic is about a week after the op. You can see the improved profile and also some tape under my chin which covered the incision site. The third photo (close up of face) is also about a week after the op just so you can see the lip lift scar. This is improving all the time and frankly is barely noticeable anyway. The photo in the pink top is about 6 weeks post – no double chin. The photo with the lights and blue scribbles was taken a couple of weeks ago – I don’t think I ever had a jawline like that. LOL! And finally the last photo is me with my dog a couple of days ago – it shows a front view so you can see that there is no trace of surgery and no weirdness in terms of pulling/tightness etc. I have been well during recovery so no issues and nothing unexpected. Dr Orfaniotis is great, his surgical aftercare from Dr Asadi is wonderful, and Lian from his office is very friendly and efficient. I have been so impressed both with his skills and the entire process. So much so that I have booked a breast reduction and lipo procedure. He is a very good doctor who is extremely intelligent and I am just so glad I found him as I had such a panicked moment when my previous surgeon retired. All in all, very very good! I recommend! And now that I found him he’s stuck with me for life! Poor man!

I am so pleased with the results of my recent breast augmentation with Mr Kasem. He went above and beyond to listen to exactly what my goals were and gave amazing advice and guidance. He is such a skilled and experienced surgeon. From the very first consultation I knew he was the right surgeon for me, I felt comfortable at all times and knew I was in great hands. Wow what can I say, right from the very first time I spoke to Andrew I felt at ease. After a 15 min mini phone consultation I knew he was who I wanted to do my procedure, I then had my face to face consultation in which he showed me exactly what he was going to do and what the end result would hopefully look like. I've had my dressings removed today and I cant keep the smile off my face. This has been something I've wanted done for a long time and going with Andrew and his team at TSS was the best decision I definitely made. Amazing from start to finish, I was a bit nervous at first as my implants were over 20 years old & I couldn’t really remember much about them. Lost contact with my original surgeon but knew I had to get them replaced. From the moment I seen Mr Siddiqui he put me at ease straight away. He is so patient and understanding so experienced I would definitely recommend him & his team. His team are so lovely and helpful nothing is too much trouble.

My experience of breast surgery reduction and lift with Mr Iqbal is beyond all my expectations and I am delighted with the results. Having been recommended to him by a friend who had similar surgery, and reading previous reviews, I still cannot believe the outcome of my surgery and how good he made the whole process for me (including surgery and post surgery care) from the first appointment to now, 3 months post surgery. Firstly he is an excellent plastic surgeon, I would highly recommend who has listened to what I wanted and delivered way above what I thought possible. He was very professional and put me instantly at ease both at the first consultation, prior and after surgery and on post surgery follow up appointments. He explained clearly what the surgery entailed, including risks and expectations, including diagrams and potential outcomes. There was no pressure at all to make any decisions and he also directed me to the professional sources of information on the procedure to research. On the day of surgery Mr Iqbal visited both before the operation, to ensure that we were aligned with expectations and to do measurements and after the surgery to check I was ok. Mr Iqbal is very approachable, has a friendly manner and clearly cares about his patients. The results of my surgery have been life changing after having very large breasts and the associated pain in my neck, shoulders and back to now having smaller breasts with no pain. I highly recommend Mr Iqbal, and from my experience he is an expert in breast reduction plastic surgery. I would like to thank him for making me extremely happy, pain free and liberated!
