I immediately struck up a great rapport with Mr Johns. He’s very personable and showed a strong caring side whilst being able to deliver bad news very well. He explained everything to me about my treatment plan with great detail and in language I could understand. I’m pleased that he’s been my surgeon and the Dr I have relied on for the last 18 months. No question is too small, he’s really quick to come back to me on queries and has always taken all my concerns very seriously

Highly recommend Dr fazel he was very kind & compassionate & found him to be very truthful about surgery, didn’t feel pressured into having anything in particular & put mine & my husband’s mind at ease about not having to rush into surgery, which I had been advised that needed my implants removed as a matter of urgency by another surgeon. He explained all my options & told me it’s my choice what I decide but gave me a few different options to choose from. I didn’t feel rushed in consultation & felt that I was listened to. Will definitely be booking surgery with Dr fazel & would recommend him to anyone.

I don't believe you could get a better person than Mr Krupa. Right from the beginning he was friendly, he explained everything that would be done. He asked what I wanted and explained the process. The surgery went smoothly. I was surprised as I did not have any pain whatsoever after the procedure. The scars look great and some have faded already. I'm so happy I went with Mr Krupa.
