Wow what can I say, right from the very first time I spoke to Andrew I felt at ease. After a 15 min mini phone consultation I knew he was who I wanted to do my procedure, I then had my face to face consultation in which he showed me exactly what he was going to do and what the end result would hopefully look like. I've had my dressings removed today and I cant keep the smile off my face. This has been something I've wanted done for a long time and going with Andrew and his team at TSS was the best decision I definitely made. Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.
