Excellent and very successful surgery

I was very well looked after as a day patient and the staff were very caring and efficient

When you don't feel good this is your go to place. We have been coming to St John and St Lizzies for over 15 years and have never been diagnosed wrongly or for the sake of it, honest consultants and a whole terrific team to look after you and your family.

I went at a busy time. Although there were several people waiting at the reception, the receptionist tried their best to help everyone quickly.

Amazing experience and after care. Dr Pillai is brilliant and the team are highly trained, skilled and professional. AVC really do care about their patients, I couldn't recommend them enough!!

It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.

Efficient welcome and reception , before guidance to waiting area. I was seen within a short time of my arrival. The nursing and reception staff were helpful and welcoming.The provision of refreshments was very welcome.

Very well run, lots of good comfortable seats while waiting and very clean. Could do with more parking space
